Patients from Ling House Medical Centre who are affected by pre-diabetes are invited to join an online ZOOM talk on diabetes information and support on Wednesday 4th September 6.30pm - 7.30pm.
Diabetes UK will be providing information on how to reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes, and the Social Prescriber from the Practice will be available to book you in for further support.
