WACA and our Surgeries support both our patients and staff with Women's Health issues and we regularly run talks and peer support groups focussing on women's health related issues including the Menopause.

Our Women's Health Talk in March in Ilkley  is on Nutrition for Menopause.
 
In this 1h session with registered nutritionist Beth Hughes, you'll learn how to eat to support your health and wellness as you move through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

Our Women's Health Talk in March in Settle is a General Women's Health Talk.
 
The session will cover all aspects of gender specific lifestyle medicine including hormones, nutrition, exercise & gender specific health screenings. Open to everyone 18+ years of age.
