The monthly run Osteoporosis Support Group is run in conjunction with the Royal Osteoporosis Society and is held from 9.30am-10.45am in the Community Room at Fisher Medical Centre, Skipton.
Activities for 2025 so far:
Monday 27th Jan: coffee, chat and catch up.
Monday 24th Feb: Maureen White is to present the second session of her Alexander Technique. It's not an issue if members didn't attend the first session.
Monday 31st March: Emma Colley Homeopath is to talk about alternate pain relief.
Monday 28th April: TBC
Monday 26th May Spring Bank holiday, no meeting.
