The monthly Menopause Peer Support Events at Springs Medical Centre, Ilkley, are continuing throughout 2024.
The first event will be held on Thursday 11th January from 6.30pm - 7.30pm and will be a talk on 'Nutrition for the Menopause' by Dr Janet Kyriakides.
