WACA Primary Care Network have released a new Children's Mental Health GR8 Minds Podcast Series! Social Prescribers, David Pugh, Shameem Koser and Lucy Owens have been talking to guests from across the local community, discussing the best ways to look after your mental health.
As children’s and young people’s Social Prescribers we promote good mental health and wellbeing across Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. One of our 8 steps to feel GR8 today is “Be Kind to Yourself” that encourages young people to do something they enjoy which will make them feel good about themselves. What a better way by connecting to the GR8 minds podcast series This podcast series is a great way for young people, parents and carers to keep engaged with what is happening in the area and to know that support is available for young people’s mental health.
There are many benefits to listening to this podcast as it helps you to listen, concentrate, imagine, and learn new skills. You can access the podcast series via Spotify and Apple by searching for WACA Gr8 Minds or by visiting : |
